Neukölln, south of Kreuzberg, borders Tempelhofer Feld, the former airfield now a vast park. Along the canal and around Weserstrasse are bars, cafés and some of the city’s most talked-about tables.
Tempelhofer Feld
Runways, meadows and kite-flyers.
Eating
CODA (Two MICHELIN Stars), hallmann & klee (One Star) and Barra (Bib Gourmand).
Watch the sunset from the runways, then go to Klunkerkranich.
Drinks
Klunkerkranich on its car-park roof and the Velvet Bar.
Our advice: swim in the historic halls of the Stadtbad Neukölln.
